Information collected

The workflow assessment form collects your name, work email, company, and the repetitive workflow you would like Opstimate to examine. Optional fields may include industry, company size, and an estimate of weekly hours spent on the workflow.

Why it is collected

This information is collected so Opstimate can understand the inquiry, assess whether the workflow may be a good fit for automation, and respond with relevant follow-up questions or next steps.

How it may be used

Opstimate may use submitted information to reply to your inquiry, prepare for an assessment conversation, keep internal notes about the request, and communicate with you about related services. Submitted information is not used to invent public claims, testimonials, or case studies.

Requesting deletion

To request deletion of information submitted through the assessment form, email sola@opstimate.com. Include the email address used in the inquiry so the request can be located.
